We found some users cannot receive confirm email for activate the account when signup. This problem happen in school network mostly. We use google mail to send out the email. If your school network mail server blocked income from google mail (e.g. aspmx.l.google.com). Please ask your network administrator to solve for it. You can also submit your username list to us, we can help you activate all the accounts.

If you cannot receive the email, when you click "resend", we will use send the email to you through another mail server, which is amazonses.com, make sure your network does not block this domain, too.
