A C/C++ convertor into Actionscript 3. There is a demo for multi-threading process turn into a single process Flash. Scott Peterson mentioned it is also including scripting hosts for other languages into the AVM, so you could run PHP or Ruby or whatever inside a SWF. Finally, there is a ported version of Quake (Time 05:03) running in Flash. Cool!
