We are exciting to announce this great news for all paid account users (standard or professional account), you can enjoy video streaming from CDN (Content Delivery Network) immediately, where servers located at United States and Europe. This means your video will start playing more faster and more smooth.

All new created presentations will enjoy this benefit automatically, it needs to take about few minutes to hours for spread out the video file to all CDN servers depending on your video file size.

For existing presentation, you can go to Edit Presentation, click "Edit Presentation Info" and then save it. Our system will check whether the presentation contains video or not and is it moved to CDN, if not, it will move your existing video to CDN, too.

When your paid account expired and back to a free account, all your presentations will not play from CDN, they will play from our original server again.

I already have a paid account and I have been using it for a while now. This news is definitely a good one as it would make it easier for streaming through the videos without spending much time into it is it like onConference.com . The new presentation that I posted does works fast and it does saves a lot of time for anyone, but that doesn’t apply to the ones that I put in earlier. Any thoughts on how to fix that?

Hello,

For old presentation before upgrade account, you have save the presentation once to tell the server that presentation is still alive, server will check it whether need to upload to CDN. I checked your account, it is free account, which cannot enjoy CDN service.
