What is it mean? You can move the control bar to any time of video, then after a small buffering period, you can start watching video from that time without waiting the whole video is downloaded. It is also helpful when you want to jump slide, the video can keep in synchronize.
As I know, only Google video and YouTube support such feature. VCASMO is always try our best to provide better user experience for our users and visitors.
