We have fixed a small bug when you upload small file size assets (e.g. slide or image file less than 10kB). They may use the same file name to store in our server, therefore, later upload file will overwrite former file.
This bug will happen only in very very very rare situation. So almost no user will be affected and that why we cannot find this bug before.
