President of the International Center for Leadership in Education (ICLE), Daggett is recognized worldwide for his proven ability to move education systems toward more rigorous and relevant skills and knowledge for students. He has co-authored Education as a Business Investment and Achieving Civility at School, among other works. During the presentation, Daggett discusses how CTE must highlight its unique ability to help students achieve rigor and announces ACTE and ICLE's new collaboration, the Institute for 21st Century Leadership.
