Characters. The main character is Tom Hensen. He is an average guy. The other main character is Summer Finn. They are both introduced early on by the narrative.
There is a voice over narrating who the characters are, their lifestyles and their relationship.
Genre. The genres of this film are romance, comedy and drama. This is similar to our film opening. Our opening is a romatic drama.
Titles. The titles are simple. White writing on a black background to begin with, and then in front of old photos of childhoods.
Techniques. There is a change in time throughout this film which is portrayed in the opening. This is much like our opening which has a home video, and changes in time.
Music. There are 2 main tracks in this opening. One for the main character introduction and one for the opening titles.
